Our 2500 sqft. space can be configured conference, classroom, stage performance, or standing-room style. Just let us know how you’d like the space set up and we’ll try our best to make it work.
They need to pay an advance deposit of 40% to book the space and to pay in rest 60%, 2 days prior to the event (any cancellation is also 3 days prior). Pay via online/credit card/direct debit/by cash/cheque in person.
No – but you do get a 10% discount on our rates if you are a member and a waiver on the advance deposit.
If you cancel at least 2 days before your event, we’ll give you your money back.
Yes – our big burly operations guys/staff will be there to help with the initial set up.
Easy – just pick your space category, check the availability, and proceed to pay.
No worries – just reach out to the friendly front desk for an extension and pay on the spot. If the same space has been booked, we’ll try to accommodate you in one of our other rooms.
